The reconstruction - a project of about EUR 600,000 - covered 524m of the boulevard.

This is part of many infrastructure projects by which we wish to extend our congratulations to citizens on the state's birthday, Gruevski said, mentioning the overhauled Skopje Airport 'Alexander the Great, new buses for public transportation, construction of nine-km section of the Alexander the Great highway...

Reconstructed boulevards and streets will substantially contribute to reducing the traffic jams in the city, Gruevski said.
The rest of "St. Kliment Ohridski" boulevard is planned for the next year, Trajanovski said.
