Seventeen local and thirteen foreign exhibitors are taking part in the 17th Days of Education and Career held at Skopje Fair on April 10-12.

Institutions from Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Germany, Slovakia, Italy, Switzerland, Great Britain, US and China are being represented at the fair.

Future students at the fair have a chance to be informed about undergraduate and postgraduate studies offered by public or private higher education institutions, enrollment conditions and opportunities to study abroad or to obtain a scholarship.

The event was opened by Daniela Gligorovska - Skopje Fair executive director - at a ceremony attended by the ministers of education and internal affairs, Spiro Ristovski and Gordana Jankuloska.

"There are days for promotion of knowledge, days of open challenges as to where the educational process i.e. career to be continued, because higher education is after all the best protection against unemployment," Gligorovska said among other things.

In addition to higher education institutions, educational agencies, the Education Advising Centre, consulting companies in the sphere of education and business companies offering professional prequalification, trainings, internships and possible employment to young people are being presented at the fair.
