Bardul Dauti, Minister Without Portfolio

Bardhyl Dauti, Ph.D. – is a minister without portfolio in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, in charge of attracting foreign investments. Bardhyl Dauti graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, at the South East European University-Tetovo, branch of Finance, in 2005. His master degree, Mr Dauti obtained from the Staffordshire University at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Economics branch, in 2007, whereas the PhD studies, he completed at the University of Ljubljana - Slovenia, under the doctoral program of Economics, in 2015, with a successful defend of the PhD thesis: Determinants and Trade Effects of Foreign Direct Investments in South East European Countries, with a special focus to Macedonia.

Bardhyl Dauti holds the academic title of Assistant Professor from the University of Tetovo, covering mainly Economics related subjects, more specifically: Macroeconomics and Modern Economic Systems. Dauti is an author of several research articles, published on different prestigious indexed journals, in SCOPUS, Web of Science or Thomson Reuters, covering mainly topics related to Foreign Investments (determinants, effects and impacts), International Trade, International Economics and Macroeconomics. He is also an author of university textbooks, authorized lectures from the field of economics for student needs and author of the university textbook: "Microeconomics with calculus. Intermediate level, published in 2008 and republished in 2018 on the second edition.

Minister Bardhyl Dauti also serves as a visiting professor at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Ljubljana, in Ljubljana for the subjects of International Economics and as an external reviewer on several regional University journals. In his career he has served in several public engagements as an advisor at the municipality of Tetovo (2012-2016), deputy member in the Assembly of the Republic of North Macedonia (2016-2017) and currently as a minister in the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia.
