Gruevski: We hope for substantial, not protocolar meeting with PM Papademos

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski welcomed the decision made by Greek counterpart Lucas Papademos to accept his proposal for a meeting, even though "it comes after a long wait."

If he had agreed to meet over a month ago - when the letter was initially sent - probably there would have been bigger chances for the name issue to be solved by the end of his term, Gruevski stressed.

"I'll comment other aspects after the meeting. It wouldn't be good to assess the meeting beforehand. We have no great expectations - I will commentate whether the meeting has a substantial or protocolar objective afterwards, PM Gruevski told reporters on Friday.
