Minister Ivanovski meets EC Vice-President Sefcovic

Minister of Information Society and Administration Ivo Ivanovski met Monday in Brussels with Maros Sefcovic, Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Inter-Institutional Relations and Administration.

At the meeting, Ivanovski presented the ongoing reforms of Macedonia's public administration, while Sefcovic hailed the new model of grading the public servants and the introduction of professional competences in testing new staff.

The public administration's employing procedure has been gradually meeting the EC standards, Ivanovski said after the meeting.

He also presented the e-Government project to Sefcovic, who encouraged Macedonia to keep investing in this sphere.
