Bekim Redjepi – Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications

 

Bekim Redjepi was born on September 10th,1977 in Skopje. He finished his primary education in village of Bojane and the high school in Skopje.

He graduated from the faculty of Law in the “American College “University – Skopje, where he acquires the title of law graduate and has passed the law exam.

He started his professional career on 2005 like a legal aid consultant for OSCE-funded human rights project.

From 2007 until 2008 was elected councilor in the municipality of Saraj.

From 2008 until 2009 has been elected Chief of Cabinet  to the General Director of PDIFNM and from 2009 until 2010 has been the CEO of stock company AD “ Energetika Skopje “ – Skopje. 

On July 13th 2010 year has been appointed Deputy Director in PI “Idrizovo“ – Skopje.

In the period from 28th December 2012 until 28th December 2018 year he was a member of the Judicial Council of the Republic of North Macedonia.

From 23th September 2020 performs the function of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications.

Other significant professional engagements: In 2001 was engaged as an intern in the Assembly through the HBO “National Democratic Institute”.

In 2004 participates in a seminar on crisis management and management through the HBO “Nansen Dialogue Center “. In 2004 and 2005 participates in seminars for the election process organized by HBO “National Democratic Institute“.

In 2007 participates in the program “International Visitor Leadership Program” in the USA. 

He speaks Albanian, Macedonian and partly English.

Married, father of two children.
