Zoran Manevski was born in 1957 in Kumanovo.

He has Bachelor’s degree in economics.

During his professional career he was the Head of the financial-commercial sector in PE "Water Management" - Kumanovo.

He held the position of the State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy.

He performed the position as an Assistant - Director in the PE "Cleanliness and Greenery" - Kumanovo.

He performed the function of State Advisor in the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

He was engaged as State Secretary in the Ministry of Transport and Communications.

For two four-year terms, Manevski was Councilor in the Municipality of Kumanovo and a member of the Commission for Urbanism and Construction in the Council of the Municipality of Kumanovo. He was also a member of the Commission for Budget and Financing in the Council of the Municipality of Kumanovo.

Since September 2020, he holds the position of the Deputy Minister of Economy.

He is married, and father of two adult children.
