All of this has been the driving power of all key-policies implemented in Macedonia for the last few years, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski said Sunday in his address at the Vibrant Gujarat Investment Summit, taking place in Ahmedabad, India on January 11-13.
For the last few years Macedonia has paid special attention to providing a solid business climate, investing in infrastructure, supporting thorough reforms in the sphere of education, administration, innovations, technological development and rule of law, the PM said.
The presence of world political and economic leaders, many academicians, and experts is turning this gathering into an excellent forum for debating, sharing of knowledge, experiences and strengthening the mutual ties, Gruevski said.

In this respect he mentioned the World Bank Doing Business Report, which declared Macedonia the best in South-East Europe. The report ranked the country as the 30th best worldwide out of 189 economies. Many companies have already recognized these indicators and decided to invest in Macedonia, Gruevski said, inviting the summit's attendees to visit the country.
Warm hospitality is yet another characteristic that people of Macedonia and India have been sharing, as it is the case with the greatest humanitarian worldwide - Skopje-born Mother Teresa, Gruevski said.
