Resen gets new residential building for socially vulnerable population
Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski set Sunday into work a new residential building with 18 apartments for socially vulnerable citizens, tennis court in primary school 'Goce Delcev' and beach in Stenje.
This building is part of part of the Government's project for construction of apartments for citizens at social risk and other vulnerable categories, PM Gruevski said at the ceremony.
"The project reflects our efforts for supporting many citizens who are at social risk and cannot buy, build own apartment or house," Gruevski said.
The new tennis court - an investment of MKD 7 million (over EUR 110.000) is part of the Government's program for construction of 120 courts across Macedonia.
The Government's activities are focused on advancing of many spheres in the region of Prespa, Gruevski said, notifying the efforts for attracting foreign investments and granting assistance for promoting of agriculture products from the Resen region. In this respect, he said that the construction of distribution center 'Apple Land' should become operational by late September.
