New first aid station, school reconstruction in Miladinovci

In the framework of the visit to Ilinden municipality on Saturday, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski made an insight into the construction of a new first aid station and the reconstruction of an elementary school in village Miladinovci.

The first aid station will include offices for general medicine, dentistry, vaccination, intervention, laboratory and pharmacy.

"We have also allocated MKD 4 million (EUR 65,000) for the reconstruction of the elementary school roof, along with the enlargement of the kindergarten's capacity for daycare of additional 120 children", stressed PM Gruevski.

According to him, one of the most important fields is the opening of new jobs and attraction of new investors.

"Ilinden has been one of the leading municipalities in this field in recent years, taking into account the domestic and foreign investments here. This is owed to the Government's promotion of the country's investment benefits, but also the conditions offered by the local authorities", stressed Gruevski.

He added that over 160 investments, of which 30 foreign, have been realized in the Ilinden local economic zones over the past decade.

"Unemployment in Ilinden reached 38 percent in 2008, dropping to about 15 percent by the end of 2014. We expect further lowering of the unemployment rate through the new investments", underlined PM Gruevski.
