Bulgarian Musala Soft company to open 300 jobs in Macedonia by 2019

The Bulgarian software company Musala Soft has announced that it will expand into Macedonia, opening up to 300 jobs until 2019 and investing 20 million EUR.

"As a result of the efforts put into by the Government and the Agency for Foreign Investment, Musala Soft company has decided to start its operation in Macedonia. It will hire mainly highly qualified people working on sophisticated software products. All work will be intended for export, for foreign companies. Working in this company will be a challenge for educated young people, and the knowledge they obtain in this company will allow them to work anywhere", Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Pesevski said during a press conference on Thursday.

Pesevski added that Musala Soft works with leading international companies, such as Deutsche Telekom, DHL, IBM... "We are currently hiring a small number of people in Macedonia, who are top quality employees and are highly placed in our company. This allows us to expand further. We intend to prepare programs to educate our employees, both young and older ones, as we have done in Bulgaria where we have successful programs to train people coming in from other industries", Elena Marinova, president of Musala Soft, said at the press conference.
