New Skopje Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic has become fully operational on Friday.

The Clinic is the most advanced facility in Macedonia, offering patients the best available treatment, Health Minister Nikola Todorov said.

Operating rooms and all other departments offer the most advanced medical equipment, he said.

"All of this is a result of serious work under precise action plan," Todorov said, pointing out that there were also plans for the old clinic's building.

Clinic's Director Sasa Jovcevski said the largest part of the medical equipment was provided by the government within its program for investments in public health care institutions.
