PM Nikola Gruevski, Director of the Agency for Youth and Sports Lazar Popovski and Mayor of Centar municipality Vladimir Todorovic Saturday opened the sports hall in "11 October" in Centar municipality, which is part of the project for construction of 35 sports halls in the country.

The sports hall has an area of 1.000 sqm with capacity of 500 seats and latest sports equipment for handball, basketball, handball and gymnastics.

Gruevski said that the sports hall has enormous importance for the sports life in Centar municipality and students in "11 October" primary school will benefit most.

Our goal is to put the sport on firm footing, to build more sports facilities and to make conditions for young people to join sport clubs and to practice healthy lifestyle directing themselves to real values of life. I am convinced that such policy will give huge contribution in satisfying their needs and we will invest in their and in our future, Gruevski said.

Mayor Todorovic said that sports hall besides students can be used by other sport clubs, athletes and all young talents in Centar municipality.

Director Popovski said the goal of the project is to help development of the sport in all segments and to stimulate young people to live a healthy way of life.
