Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski put into use Monday sports hall in Demir Hisar elementary school, part of the the Government's project for construction of 145 school halls throughout Macedonia.

The 400m2 hall includes equipment for several sports, along with toilets, dressing rooms, auxiliary facilities and offices.

"These investments will produce new generations of athletes, medals and top sports of national teams", said PM Gruevski at the event.

Minister of Education and Science Pance Kralev  said the sports hall would create conditions for continual instruction in sports for 270 pupils in the school.

"These investments will eliminate the long-standing problem of providing elementary instruction conditions", added Kralev.
