I strongly believe that the perpetrators of the grisly crime will deeply regret for the murder of the five people near Smilkovci, said Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski on Saturday.

"Now we have to leave the Ministry of Interior to do its job. As I have already said, MoI employees are trained and highly motivated. Therefore, I strongly believe they will find the perpetrators of this grisly crime, find the monsters who killed five innocent people, whom they had probably never met before", PM Gruevski told reporters at the event of putting into use a new interchange for airport "Alexander the Great".

According to him, the investigation is difficult and complex, taking into account the murders were carried out outside of the city and there were no other people in the proximity.

"The MoI learnt about the murders later, but the perpetrators probably had escaped by then. Our units are trained for such operations and apply methodologies used in most developed countries", added Gruevski.
