Everyone will face justice for committing crimes, says Jankuloska
No one should hide behind any kind of affiliation, crime is a crime and we are all equal before the law, Interior Minister Gordana Jankuloska stated Sunday commenting reactions by several Albanian parties and Friday's protests against the arrests of suspects over the murder of five fishermen in April.
"I feel proud because the police managed to solve the most complex case ever in a very short time. I pledge that we will continue working in the same manner and no one can hide behind any affiliation or personal views if a crime has been committed," Jankuloska vowed.
MoI in cooperation with security services works on finding the suspects who are at large, she added.
On Sunday, minister Jankuloska attended an anti-terrorism exercise at Alexander the Great airport, held to mark the Macedonian Police Day. The goal of the exercise was adequate management of a critical situation in the event of terrorist attack in civil aviation.
