Not only because this is your day, but because of the sacrifice and professionalism you have demonstrated in all challenges, at the service of citizens, says Minister of Interior Gordana Jankuloska in the note of congratulations to all employees on occasion of Macedonian Police Day.

According to Jankuloska, citizens are aware that the police keeps the freedom and democracy through the commitment of preserving law and order, appreciating the risk it is faced with in doing so.

"Today, we should remind ourselves and pay homage to our colleagues who have given their lives for the Republic of Macedonia. They will forever be with us. The price of freedom and independence has always been high and we have always paid for it. The road we will certainly not choose in the future is the one of submission and giving up", says MoI Jankuloska in the note.
