Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki held political consultations Monday with a delegation of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by Eric Fournier, Director of the Continental Europe Department.

The consultations were focused on Macedonian-French relations, economic ties, the regional cooperation, relations with neighboring countries, as well as Macedonia's aspirations to join the European Union and NATO, MoFA said in a press release.

Today Furnie also gave lecture at the Diplomatic Academy on France's bilateral relations with Balkan countries in regard to their aspirations for Euro-Atlantic integration, the press release reads.
