Vice-Premier Arifi meets EU Enlargement Commissioner Fule

Vice-Premier for European Affairs Teuta Arifi reaffirmed the Macedonian Government's commitment to realizing the set priorities on the country's road to the EU membership  at a meeting Monday with Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Fule.

"Commissioner Fule praised the Government's overall efforts and completed tasks that aim to bring the country closer to EU," the Secretariat for European Affairs said in a press release.

Arifi and Fule also tackled the next steps for realizing the goals, defined within Macedonia-EU high-level accession dialogue and incorporated into the Roadmap, an operational document that focuses on the five key areas - rule of law, public administration reforms, media freedom, reforms in electoral legislation, and functional market economy.
