TARBS withdraws complaints against Macedonia before Commercial Court

TARBS Europe SA has withdrawn all complaints against the Republic of Macedonia, the Government and the Ministry of Transport and Communications, agreeing on paying procedural costs, said Minister Mile Janakieski on Monday.

According to him, TARBS withdrew the complaint on May 14, a day before the start of the trial before the London-based Commercial Court.

TARBS Europe initiated court proceedings in 2009, asking for an amount exceeding EUR 70 million for alleged violations to the cooperation agreement over providing certain services for satellite broadcasting.
