Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska and her Estonian counterpart Rein Lang reviewed Tuesday in Skopje the possibilities for boosting the overall cooperation.

We have talked about exchange of cultural projects, participation in our festivals - Ohrid Summer, Struga Poetry Evenings, translation and publishing of books from both countries, Kanceska-Milevska told reporters after the meeting.

The talks also addressed Macedonia's Strategy for Development of Creative Industries, adopted by the Government in 2008, Kanceska-Milevska said, praising the Estonia's model for cultural development.

Lang reaffirmed Estonia's support of Macedonia's efforts to join the EU, NATO. Announcing his country's assistance, Lang said Estonian experts would take part at a Forum of Creative Industries, which is to take place on June 20 in Skopje.
