Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski Sunday welcomed the statement by the Bulgarian PM Boyko Borisov exactly the part where he said that Macedonia should become NATO member.

Firstly, I want to welcome the statement by Mr. Borisov where he said that Macedonia should become NATO member and it is a position for respect, Gruevski said answering journalist question.

Secondly, regarding the name dispute he added that we have a bilateral dispute with Greece in which we make great efforts for its resolving and we will continue to work on its resolving in the future.

We are open for all suggestions, considerations from other countries but at the end a solution must be found which would be acceptable for the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia at organized referendum, Gruevski said.
