Panche Toshkovski is an experienced lawyer and politician. He was born on June 14, 1982, in Veles. With years of experience in the legal field and the public sector, Toshkovski is known for his commitment to law and public administration.

Toshkovski is completing higher education at the "Justinian I" Faculty of Law at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, where he obtained a law degree. Then he continues his education as a master's degree in criminal law and criminology at the same faculty. In addition, Toshkovski passed the bar and judicial exam, as well as the real estate appraisal exam.

His professional career began in 2006 as a trainee in the Basic Court Skopje 2. In 2008, however, he started working as a trainee lawyer, and from 2011 to 2024 he also worked as a lawyer in his own office in Skopje.

In the period from 2008 to 2011, Toshkovski worked as an advisor in the Ministry of Transport and Communications. In 2024 Panche Toshkovski was appointed Minister of Internal Affairs, where he continues to work on improving security and legal certainty in the country.

Toshkovski is an active participant in various trainings and seminars, including trainings on management skills, leadership, and strategic planning, as well as management of organizational structure.

Toshkovski speaks English fluently.
