EU crisis affects Macedonia, 90% of export intended for EU, Gruevski tells CNN
We are facing some problems as a result of the Greek debt crisis, however they are not as strong as the issues emerging from the recession within the European Union, Premier Nikola Gruevski said in an interview with CNN.
Answering a question regarding the impact of the EU crisis over Macedonia, Gruevski said that 60% of country's export was intended for EU countries and 30% for surrounding non-EU countries, which also relied on the EU. "Approximately 90% of our export is linked with the EU and in some way we are very depended on the economic situation in the EU."
