Institute of Forensic Medicine gets new lab for DNA analyses
Skopje Institute of Forensic Medicine & Criminology got Monday a new half-million EUR lab for DNA analyses - part of the Government's project for equipping of laboratories across Macedonia.
Premier Nikola Gruevski, along with the Ministers of Health, Education & Science, Nikola Todorov and Pance Kralev respectively, officially opened the new lab.
"This lab will substantially increase the possibility for the institute's scientific research, which is its main objective. It will also contribute to obtaining better, more accurate analyses. I am certain that it will contribute to the cientific credibility of this already recognized institute," Todorov said at the opening ceremony.
