Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski held talks Friday with the President of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development(EBRD), Sir Suma Chakrabarti.

The talks addressed the realization of ongoing Government's projects, supported by the EBRD, as well as possibilities for bolstering the cooperation.

Gruevski extended gratitude for the fruitful cooperation with EBRD, which has been supporting numerous infrastructure and energy projects.

This cooperation is making EBRD a strategic partner of the Government in its goal for Macedonia's economic development and attraction of new investments, Gruevski said.

Gruevski and Chakrabarti agreed that for the last several years EBRD had granted substantial support to Macedonia's economy, financing energy, infrastructure, corporate projects and the financial sector.
