In general, they would like to wait less at windows, along with increased efficiency through networking of institutions, for the purpose of swift obtaining of documents, said Minister of Information Society and Administration Ivo Ivanovski, who polled Tuesday citizens at the Skopje-based Central Register over their satisfaction from the administration and the problems they come across.

"We need to hear specific proposals from citizens in order to improve the administration's operations and perceive the shortcomings", said Minister Ivanovski.

According to him, most of citizens mainly complain about the crowds in front of the offices.

"Specific measures are undertaken to improve this image, through the opening of more windows or distribution of tasks to more employees at the same windows", said Ivanovski.

Following the analysis, the Ministry will present specific proposals for more efficient operations of each institution.

Today's activity will resume in cities nationwide through announced and unannounced visits of institutions' branch offices.
