The average score achieved by graduates while taking the state matura exam is 3.18 and is higher than last year which was 3.09.

Education Minister Spiro Ristovski told Sunday’s press conference that there was improvement in several subjects compared to past years.

It is an indicator for improvement of the basic knowledge and adaptation of the standards of the state matura exam, Ristovski said.

The State Exam Centre is distributing the preliminary results to schools and they will be available in an electronic form on Monday.
