Finance Ministry pays fruits subsidies
The Finance Ministry has paid MKD 146,6 million (EUR 2,37 million) to 4,837 farmers for fruits.
The financial support amounts to MKD 15,000-33,000 (EUR 250-550) per hectare, depending on the fruit.
"The Government remains consistent in supporting agriculture as one of the leading pillars of Macedonian economy", the Finance Ministry said in a press release.
