First group of foreign experts-practitioners arrive in Macedonia
The first 15 foreign experts-practitioners, who will work in companies applying at the call over the project for engagement of foreign experts in domestic companies, are set to arrive in Macedonia in the coming days.
The first group of experts coming from the Netherlands and Germany will stay in Macedonia by April, followed by a new group in consecutive 45-60 days.
"The majority of experts in the first group will work in companies of the processing industry, agriculture, ICT, tourism and education", said Government Spokesman Aleksandar Gjorgjiev at Tuesday's press conference.
He stressed the companies would have to cover the costs for the stay of the experts, whereas their wages and transport fees are covered by the Government and its international partners from the Netherlands and Germany.
One hundred Macedonian companies applied at the call, expressing the need for engagement of 105 experts in almost all sectors.
