The Board of Directors of Macedonia2025 (MK2025) has held a meeting and hosted a reception to announce its 2014 program plans including closer collaboration with affluent academic institutions in North America.
Jerry Naumoff, Minister of Foreign Investment and a MK2025 Honorary Board Member, who was in that period in the US and Canada promoting Economic Development for the Republic of Macedonia, was also in attendance.
"Over the past few months, MK2025 has facilitated a number of very promising introductions with private sector companies interested in pursuing business in Macedonia. We discussed additional strategies at our meetings and I look forward to further collaboration with MK2025, to continue to drive our mutual objectives of promoting economic development," Naumoff said after the meeting.
Ivo Ivanovski, Minister of Information Society and Administration, also participated as a guest and provided insights on how MK2025 could work more efficiently in partnership with the government; to improve joint interests in accelerating economic development by promoting investment activities, fostering entrepreneurship and educational programs such as the one with Kellogg School of Management.
