Dubai construction company expresses interest in possibilities for investing in Macedonia
DAMAC, one of the largest construction companies in Dubai, is interested in the possibilities for investing in Macedonia, its owner Hussain Sajwani said at a meeting with Minister for Foreign Investments Jerry Naumoff. A company's delegation will visit Macedonia this September.
DAMAC latest activities include cooperation with US real-estate mogul Donald Trump in construction of a luxury complex of villas in Dubai.
Sajwani's meeting with Macedonian Minister Naumoff was held on the sidelines of the Investment Summit, taking place in Dubai on April 8-10.
On Wednesday, Naumoff held talks with the delegations of Malaysia, Indonesia, UAE and Brunei, as well as UAE Economy Minister Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansouri. The meetings addressed possibilities for economic cooperation, as well as organization of Macedonia's business forum in Dubai under the auspices of UAE Minister of Economy.
