Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski has extended Easter greetings to the Head of the Macedonian Orthodox Church (MOC), H.H. Stefan and to all Orthodox believers in Macedonia and the diaspora.

"This glorious day is the foundation of our faith, our existence and our future... Easter is a holiday celebrating the family, humanity and solidarity, a holiday that brings us together conveying a message of unity, peace and understanding. These values lay the foundation for development in any given field," Gruevski says in his greeting.

Celebrating Easter, he adds, may we wish for a God's blessing and support for each and every believer, for every single family, for our entire Orthodoxy, the Macedonian Orthodox Church, every single Orthodox temple and for our entire country, the Republic of Macedonia.
