Labor Minister Spasov meets Austrian counterpart Hundstorfer
Minister of Labor and Social Policy Dime Spasov met Thursday in Vienna with Austria's Minister of Labour, Social Affairs and Consumer Protection, Rudolf Hundstorfer.
Spasov and Hundstorfer referred to the quota system for employment of people with disability in Austria, equality and professional integration of people with developmental disabilities, youth employment, as well as active policies on the labor market for persons under threat of discrimination.
Minister Spasov also met with representatives of the Austrian Public Employment Service and the Coordination Unit Youth-Education-Employment Vienna, tackling projects for training and youth employment in both countries, the Ministry said in a press release.
On Friday, Spasov is set to meet with the leadership of the Vienna Social Services, focusing on alternative social services for persons with developmental disabilities. He will also meet companies employing youth and adults with developmental disabilities.
