The books from the edition "Stars of World Literature" promoted today will take the readers on a journey all over the world of literature, through space and time.

This was stated Wednesday by Culture Minister Elizabeta Kanceska-Milevska in her address at the promotion of 30 books from this renowned edition, which was attended by academicians, authors, translators and publishers.

In her address, Kanceska-Milevska underscored the significance of the project "Stars of World Literature" for the Macedonian culture and language.

The president of the edition's production department, academic Mitko Madzukov dedicated today's promotion to the translators involved in the project.

"When this edition was launched, our objective and secret hope was to create schools of translators... I believe it is one of the biggest benefits of this edition. The young translators are the pride of this edition," Madzukov stated amongst other things.
