The industrial turnover growth shows that Macedonia is achieving solid results and that its economy is thriving, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski told reporters on Thursday.

Statistical data on the growth of domestic and non domestic turnover index in industry for 20.5 and 27.7 percent respectively in September 2014 in comparison to the same month last year is a rather high growth that deserves respect, Gruevski said.

"It shows that we have been achieving solid results and that the economy is thriving, something the Government will keep supporting as the measures it has taken are yielding results," Gruevski told reporters after attending a ceremony honoring the 13th anniversary of SEE University in Tetovo.
