New kindergarten opens in Crnice
New kindergarten has been opened Saturday in the Skopje’s settlement of Crnice, Kisela Voda municipality.
It has capacity to provide care for fifty children and is located in the premises of primary school “Kuzman Josifovski Pitu” which are renovated with the funds of Denar 3 million. Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare provided over Denar 500.000.
The kindergarten is opened in fully equipped and renovated facility and the ministry provided the equipment. I am pleased that the interest for opening kindergartens in Kisela Voda is increased, Labour Minister Dime Spasov at the opening ceremony.
We are cooperating with the Kisela Voda municipality for equipping another kindergarten which will be completed and opened soon, Spasov.
Mayor of Kisela Voda municipality Biljana Belicanec said that with the support of the Ministry of Labour they succeed to renovate facility, which is part of the school, for a very short period of time. As of Monday, forty kids from Crnice and Birarija settlements will be able to go in the kindergarten, she said.
UNDP official in Macedonia Louisa Vinton said that Kisela Voda municipality is leader in energy efficiency. This is an example how a modest investment and efforts can enable large savings and significantly improve conditions for work and stay of the children in the kindergarten, she said. She also appealed to other municipalities to follow this positive example.
