PM Gruevski meets OSCE PA special representatives

Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski held talks Friday in Skopje with OSCE Parliamentary Assembly's special representatives Roberto Battelli and Andreas Nothelle.

Gruevski and his guests highlighted the advancing of Macedonia-OSCE cooperation. In this respect, the Prime Minister commended OSCE's constructive role in realizing the reforms and measures for turning Macedonia's strategic goals into reality.

The EU, NATO membership is Macedonia's main objective and the Government has been working on meeting the standards to that effect, Gruevski said.

In regard to the current political crisis, the interlocutors underlined the need of responsible engagement of all stakeholders for its swift surpassing. The OSCE representatives welcome the efforts for resolving the political crisis and ongoing dialogue to that end.
