Government seeks new investigation in Trajkovski plane crash
The Government decided late Tuesday that the Report on the plane crash, in which President Boris Trajkovski, his entourage and the crew were killed, including all new facts and evidence, is submitted to the Public Prosecutor's Office for further processing.
The decision was passed upon review of the report on the plane crash of 26 February 2004 in Mostar, Bosnia&Herzegovina, prepared by the commission for the crash investigation.
The Government also concluded that the report is submitted to the B&H Civil Aviation Directorate, including a request for reopening of the investigation.
The plane crash investigation report will also be submitted to the Council of Europe's Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights, as well as Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) member Andreas Gross, who compiled the Information on the investigation for the purpose of solving the allegedly suspicious death of President Trajkovski.
