Minister Poposki meets Russian Deputy FM Titov
Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki met Friday with Deputy-Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Titov.
Poposki and Titov positively assessed results from the political consultations between the countries' ministries of foreign affairs. They voiced readiness for further intensification and enhancement of partnership relations and mutual cooperation, with emphasis on enhancement of cooperation in the field of economy, trade exchange and attraction of Russian investments in Macedonia.
Interlocutors also referred to possibilities for signing of new bilateral agreements in the areas of culture, education and economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a press release.
Talks tackled the necessity for further facilitation and liberalization of the visa regime, enabling increased exchange of people and ideas.
Furthermore, Ministers Poposki and Titov exchanged opinions on international and regional topics, reads the press release.
