Foreign Minister Nikola Poposki met Monday with outgoing Portugal's ambassador to Macedonia, Luis de Almeida Sampaio.

Interlocutors exchanged opinions on bilateral relations, agreeing on the necessity for their further enhancement, as well as intensification of economic cooperation.

FM Poposki asked for Portugal's clear support to Macedonia's EU and NATO integration, with Ambassador Sampaio confirming his country's readiness for further strengthening of bilateral relations in all fields.
