International conference on human resources held in Skopje
"Human Resources as a Business Partner" is the topic of the fourth international conference on human resources, organised Friday in Skopje by the Macedonian Human Resources Association.
The EU integration process, Macedonia's strategic goal, requires changes to be made in the management for enabling continuous progress in all areas by harmonising regulation, according to Minister of Labour and Social Policy Spiro Ristovski.
"In order fields and professions to be developed, partnership needs to be established between the private and public sector to prepare general working standards enabling a quality and effective coopperation," he said.
"One of the government's objectives is to attract foreign investments. As a result, favourable conditions for employment of staff are being created," the minister noted.
The Macedonian Human Resources Association this year joined the European association, which paves the way for international integration and active inclusion into projects for profession standardisation.
"Human resources are business partners to companies and organisations, whereas partnership is established by respecting common needs and interests," the association's president Hristina Lozanoska said.
