Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski sent Sunday Christmas greetings to Archbishop of Ohrid and Macedonia, HH Stefan and faithful in the country and diaspora.

"Christmas is a holiday reminding us that the Lord was born for us people, so that we are never alone. By keeping the Lord in ourselves, we bring peace, spread love, tolerance and patience, respecting and understanding each other. These are values we need to nurture and disseminate in our families and the community, as the only way to tackle all temptations in life", says PM Gruevski.

He adds everyone should contribute to building a strong, modern and prosperous Macedonia guided and believing in these values.

"Let the Lord be with us, giving us wisdom and goodness. Christ is Born!” reads the note.
