Finance Ministry puts back MKD 6,95 billion in economy
The Finance Ministry puts back Wednesday MKD 6,95 billion (EUR 112,8 million) in the economy by way of matured state securities.
According to the Ministry, these funds will be used for improvement of the economy's liquidity, i.e. funds that banks can distribute as loans for companies.
"The Government remains committed to increasing the liquidity of the domestic capital market for the business. Fresh EUR 100 million of loans at a subsidized interest rate for SMEs have been secured from the European Investment Bank, along with new EUR 10 million of loans through capitalization of the Macedonian Bank for Development Promotion", said the Finance Ministry.
