A reconstructed playground has been set into operation Sunday in the presence of Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski.

The Government and the Agency for Sports and Youth invested MKD 1,7 million in the project.

Investing in sporting infrastructure is one of the Government's development priorities, Director of the Agency for Sports and Youth Marjan Spasevski said at the opening ceremony.

"The Agency will continue to promote such infrastructure activities. Thus far 44 multifunctional playgrounds have been completed, while 11 are under construction. 39 tennis courts have been also completed, while 26 are under construction. It is evident that we have been gradually altering the sporting map of our country," Spasevski said.
