The Minister of Digital Transformation, Stefan Andonovski, stressed that the partnership with Visa is a significant step forward in building a more efficient and user-oriented administration:

"With this Memorandum, we are opening a new chapter in the advancement of digital public services with an emphasis on modern and secure payment methods. Our goal is for citizens and businesses to receive faster services, fewer administrative barriers and more functionalities available online, through uslugi.gov.mk and m.Uslugi, as well as at counters where necessary. This is a concrete step towards a state that works more simply, more efficiently and digitally."

We are particularly pleased to highlight the e-services portal and the m.Services mobile application, which represent significant progress in enabling faster, seamless and secure access to public services. These solutions will help simplify everyday administrative processes and enable a more efficient, user-oriented digital experience for the citizens of North Macedonia.”
