Quality Management Awards in the Public Sector Presented: Central Registry Takes First Place

Under the auspices of the Ministry of Public Administration, a ceremonial event was held today on the occasion of awarding the recognitions for Quality Management in the Public Sector.

At the event, the Minister of Public Administration, Goran Minchev, emphasized that quality management is not just an obligation, but a core value and a guide toward European and responsible governance.

“Quality management is not just a tool – it is the will for real change, for a public administration that serves the citizens,” stated Minister Minchev in his address.

This year, awards were given to institutions that demonstrated the highest level of commitment, efficiency, and transparency in their work:

  • First prize: Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia

  • Second prize: Employment Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (AVRM)

  • Third prize: Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (FINKI)

“These institutions are not just success stories – they are proof that reforms are possible and that good governance builds trust,” Minister Minchev emphasized.

The event was organized in cooperation with the Coordinating Body for Quality Management and serves as an incentive for all public institutions to continue improving their processes, systems, and services, in the interest of the citizens and the state.

The Ministry of Public Administration remains committed to reforms, European standards, and the advancement of the public sector as a driver of change.
